Allyson's Story
Allyson was born in Bronx, New York. She grew up in St. Kitts with her two brothers, Garth and Jordan, and two incredible parents, Pat and Cameron.
Allyson studied Accounting and French at The Pennsylvania State University and earned her Juris Doctor at Boston College Law School. Allyson was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar in 2016 and is currently a corporate lawyer at a Boston law firm.
Rey's Story
Rey was born in Haiti. He grew up in Brooklyn, New York with his wonderful parents, Reynold and Marie-Lady. He spent most of his childhood playing various sports including football and rugby.
Rey studied Kinesiology at The Pennsylvania State University and played for Penn State's Rugby Team. Rey is currently pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery at Boston University's Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine and will graduate in 2020.
Our Story
Allyson and Rey met in the Sparks Building at The Pennsylvania State University in 2010. Rey offered to tutor Allyson in calculus during their freshman year. They bonded over a shared sense of humor and quickly became each other's best friend.
Rey proposed on May 27, 2016, in the presence of family and close friends, on the evening of Allyson's law school graduation.
Allyson and Rey look forward to getting married and celebrating with all of you on the beautiful island of St. Kitts.
